When it comes to finding inspiration for interiors, Cala Homes knows how to create the ultimate show stopper. And they’ve taken things one step further with their Showhome of Support initiative. The project has seen amazing products from small businesses and local creatives incorporated into Cala showhomes across the North-east, and more than 40 local businesses have already been profiled as part of the campaign. Each showhome of Support spotlights 10 home-grown products from artwork and accessories to furniture and fabrics, giving prospective homebuyers a taste of what the local area has to offer.

At the beautiful Raemoir Park development in Banchory, the five-bedroom Garvie showhome features products from Banchory Golf Club and independent homeware business Hush Living. The Conglass Brae development in Inverurie offers a walk through of the nearby high street, with luxurious hampers from The Kilted Frog Delicatessen found in the show home’s open plan kitchen, dining and family area. Marshalls Farm Shop and Strachan’s also have products on display.

Fraser McCallum, Head of Sales & Marketing at Cala Homes (North), said: “The North east of Scotland has some wonderful local businesses, and we’re delighted to highlight some of these and encourage homebuyers to support the businesses in the towns they are looking to put roots down in.”
