ThinkPR is one step closer to reaching its impressive target of £10,000 as part of a year-long anniversary fundraising campaign to celebrate the firm’s 10th year in business.

A Halloween themed bake sale on Friday 31st October, raised more than £350 for the Alfie Milne Trust, a local Aberdeen charity which aims to promote research into effective treatments and a cure for Lymphangiomatosis, bringing the fundraising total to over £7,600.

The ThinkPR team welcomed visitors to sample a selection of delicious cakes in return for charitable donations. The team whipped up an array of home- baked treats which included batches of Rocky Road to Hell Crispies, Creepy Cupcakes and Lemon Devil Drizzle Cake.

Annabel Sall, CEO of ThinkPR said, ‘Supporting a local charity has been a great way to celebrate our 10th year in business. We have organised a number of successful fundraising activities throughout the year to ensure we reach our £10,000 goal.

‘The Halloween bake sale was a fun event that encouraged local businesses, clients and friends to visit us, pick up a Friday treat, and help make our fundraising campaign a success. The Alfie Milne Trust is a very deserving cause and we knew when we met with Alfie’s mum that every penny raised would benefit the charity.’

Throughout 2014 ThinkPR has raised funds through various fundraising activities which have included a quiz and auction night, an individual 10K run, a Shrove Tuesday pancake delivery, a 5K mud obstacle race and a ladies night.
