Right Here Productions is a film, theatre and entertainment business based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. The company provides videography and entertainment services, including Singing Waiters and Murder Mysteries, for a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors.
After forming in 2011, RHP began performing Murder Mysteries in 2015. Following the success of their first event, Alison Telfer, director of RHP, and Dan Greavey decided to start writing their own original scenarios to offer as a service available from RHP.
RHP Murder Mysteries are usually structured around a meal. The team of actors lead the guests through an intriguing case, punctuating each course with evidence, clues and surprising revelations. Guests are invited to explore the venue as the actors guide them to different rooms to pore over specially made evidence, which provides opportunities for interaction between guests and performers.
Amongst the scenarios written to date, themes include Downton Abbey, 1920s, Hallowe’en and Movie Premiere. RHP has also written new scenarios especially for venues, including Aberdeen Central Library and Peterhead Prison Museum, and the writers are happy to create a bespoke, custom script if a client has a theme in mind.
