Stuart is known in court for his open and straightforward manner. He served as President of the Aberdeen Bar Association from 2019 to 2021 and was appointed Vice President of the Scottish Solicitor’s Bar Association in 2021. 

Andrew served as a Procurator Fiscal Depute before turning his in-depth knowledge of the law to criminal defence work. Andrew has a particular interest in technically complex cases such as road traffic matters.
