Instructor Emma Ross has brought Hot Yoga to the city with new classes at Danestone Community Centre.
Hot Yoga, a flowing sequence of Power Vinyasa Yoga postures, takes place in a heated studio which helps movements flow more easily and really burns up the calories. It’s faster and sweatier than traditional yoga, but more fun and less regimented than Bikram, so it’s ideal for beginners and the more experienced alike. Emma is hoping to run additional classes in
a city centre location soon.

Classes are £10 for pay as you go, or £54 for a six week block.
