The swimming programme follows the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) guidelines and syllabus. Children from aged three months plus can take part in lessons, which are grouped firstly by age and then by ability. Sharon Banks daughter Kenzie, has been swimming at the club now for six years and says ‘she’s grown in confidence, developed her strokes and looks forward each week to her lessons.’

Their Tennis programme starts from age three in the Tots and Parents programme which teaches the child and parent basic tennis and co-ordination skills. The programme then progresses from into four further stages each carefully progressing the child using different balls and slowly increasing court size until children are playing on full size courts with proper tennis balls.

It’s a fantastic environment to learn in, with a warm teaching swimming pool, experienced teachers and small class sizes. They expand their swimming and tennis programmes to accommodate all children each term thus removing barriers to learning key skills.
