Apply cleanser and moisturiser, or a treatment mask from your favourite skincare line. Soak in a hand – harvested seaweed spa bath from Irish organics brand Voya. The oils released help stimulate blood circulation, hydrate and moisturise the skin and sooth aches and pains, so it’s no wonder seaweed has been used in top spas for decades. £16 from www.voya.ie

Apply a moisturing body lotion, then finish off with a gel manicure and pedicure when you’re dry. A kit from Gelish gives a salon finish to your nails, but is easy enough to use at home. The polish lasts for up to three weeks, and can be soaked off when you’re ready for a change. Now that you’re glowing and revitalised, all you have to do is find someone to clean the bathroom!
