> 45ml Porter’s Gin

> 15ml Martini Ambrato

> 25ml olive oil syrup

> 20ml lemon juice

> 15ml egg whites

Danil Nevsky a former bartender of Orchid and the Aberdeen bar scene, is back for a month long guest bartender takeover. After spending three years in the 30th best bar in the world, Tales and Spirits, in Amsterdam, he has created a menu called The Heist and it will run in Orchid from mid-October to November.
