Local hospitality expert Peter R. Sim has a new venture called Peaty Nose, which off ers innovative whisky and gin tasting events to corporate and private clients, as well as education and training for some of the leading hotels and restaurants in Scotland.
The fun and informal approach creates a great team building event, or helps to entertain and introduce clients to Scotland’s national drink. Tasting is enhanced by select whiskies and traced waters from the Uisge Source Company.
For discerning clients, Peaty Nose also offers a monogrammed service to help build a whisky collection for enjoyment or investment.
