We always have a Bellini on our menus, as they are a delicious way to enjoy bubbles and add a bit of diversity to the humble glass of prosecco.
This menu’s adaption calls for pineapple and blackberry cordial, while the rim of the glass is coated with a berry sherbet to really make those bubbles pop while drinking.
