INGREDIENTS:
> 50ml Absolut Vodka
> 20ml Gin Cordial
> 20ml Lemon
> 20ml Pink Grapefruit
> 5ml Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Spanish Bitters
> 12.5ml Egg White
> Pinch Of Salt
> Soda Top
METHOD:
Inspired by Jerry Thomas’ book the bartenders guide, Martin has created a gin cordial using dried orange peel, cinchona bark and juniper berries to provide something a little bit different for the guest. Served over ice with a poem to garnish this will help us toast to the summer which might never come.
