Mindfulness is a hip and trendy topic at the moment, lots of people are talking about it and many of us have downloaded an app or purchased a book in recent months.
However learning to meditate and maintain a regular practice can be a tricky business. Louise advises that the best way to build mindfulness into our way of life, is by attending a class with a properly qualified and experienced Mindfulness teacher, supported by a Sangha of other like-minded class goers.
