> 1 Dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Orinoco Bitters
> 2 Dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
> 25ml Cream
> 25ml Milk
> Dot of Vanilla Sugar Syrup
The Milk Man’s Punch is a twist on a classic cocktail which is well suited for the winter months. A similar cocktail to this was created by Martin for a cocktail competition, which saw him travel alongside another local bartender to London to compete against some of the world’s finest during London Cocktail Week. By adding Dr. Adam Elmergirab’s Orinoco bitters and using Havana Especial this cocktail gives you a sweet vanilla taste with a lasting chocolate and coffee finish. Serve with a toasted marshmallow.
