Resident-X: Shaking up the city’s cocktail scene

Cool, classic or just a little crazy, when it comes to cocktails, the team at Resident X are shaking up the city’s cocktail scene. You’ll find delicious classics with a twist in the Oval Bar. Try the Bittersweet Symphony – a tantalising combination of Whitley’s Artisanal Vodka, Pomelle, pineapple juice, lime and sugar. 

The Lab X Bar menu features fun, unusual cocktails like the Sundae Fundae, served in a chocolate-lined cone filled with cacao-infused amaretto, banana rum, Aperol, strawberry and vanilla, topped with whipped Mackie’s ice cream.  New additions include the Floral Creampie, Smoke and Mirrors, the Baller, Everything Always All at Once, and the Jon Bong Jovi which is served in a miniature bong with dry ice. Add in some of the city’s tastiest street food and some amazing events and you have a recipe for a perfect night out.
