We have transformed this cocktail to be travel friendly with the addition of clarified milk and pineapple. Method of making a milk punch, add everything other than lime and milk to your holding vessel. Leave to macerate over 6 hours. Add room temperature milk and lime to the rest of the ingredients. We will then filter all ingredients through a sieve then a very fine straining bag, this technique then gives us a translucent cocktail which has a milky texture.
