If the thought of going to the gym doesn’t put a smile on your face, then try the new fitness classes at Jump in, Aberdeen’s amazing trampoline park.

Award-winning instructor Arlene Barclay says that trampoline fitness classes offer a host of benefits. Although you’ll be using many of your major muscle groups, trampolining protects your body from the shock trauma that running brings and also strengthens the back and core muscles. It even reaches the parts other forms of exercise can’t, by improving your lymphatic circulation which fights bacterial and viral infections and transports waste products out of the body.

Add in the reduced risk of sports injuries, improved balance, skin elasticity and bone-mass, toned muscles and burning off 600-800 hundred calories a class, and it’s clear that trampolining is the perfect all-round work out.

Trampolining is great fun as well as a great exercise, and the whole family can join in fitness class at Go Jump In. Arlene and Leanne’s classes have a fun vibe with an electric atmosphere, pumping tunes and both instructors provide great guidance and motivation, so it’s one form of exercise that’ll have you jumping for joy!
