Ingredients:

> 37.5ml Porter’s gin
> 2.5ml Lagavulin 16 year old
> 12.5ml grapefruit juice
> 12.5ml lemon juice
> 20ml demerara gomme
> Pinch pink peppercorn salt
> 1 dash spruce needle distillate

The Aurora was a drink created by our bartenders Jonny and Shea for the Reykjavik Bar Summit, a global competition in which Orchid were the UK representatives.
