15ml Cocchi Americano
25ml Norwegian Spruce
Needle Cordial
15ml Lemon Juice
2 dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
15ml Egg White
The Spruce Almighty is a drink that was developed while creating Orchid’s winter menu. As few things grow in Scotland during the winter, it is often difficult to obtain fresh or foraged ingredients, so we made a cordial with spruce needles. The drink itself is a citrusy, evergreen and earthy drink that is easy to drink and fun to order!
