25ml Pistachio infused vanilla Absolut
> 25ml White chocolate Mozart liqueur
> 10ml Licor 43
> 1 whole egg
> 3 drops rose water
> 1 drop saline solution

The inspiration for the drink came from a cake I tried a few months back. My goal was to recreate that combination of flavours and find a balance where one didn’t overpower the other. By using rose petals as a garnish rather than one of the main ingredients the drink has a nice nutty, sweet tastethat isn’t taken over by the floral element and also makes the drink look attractive to the eye.
