John Pryde’s Gallery may have been open for less than a year, but his well-chosen collection of homeware and giftware is already recognised as one of the North-east’s most stylish shops.
This season, John’s colourful collection of paintings and limited edition prints include more landscapes and abstract pieces, as well as his renowned figurative pieces. New works are being added all the time and, if you don’t see just what you’re looking for, then you can even commission a bespoke work for your home.
Spring brings a fresh crop of new ideas for homeware and gifting too, with John sourcing well-designed pieces from several international trade shows. You can expect to see some exclusive lines and a focus on stylish lighting, mirrors, sculpture and occasional furniture and giftware that’s well-priced and not found elsewhere. You’ll also find the divine PRYDE home fragrance range made in conjunction with Feather and Grey, with a new scent promised for later in the year. John can also help source bespoke furniture and other finishing touches from his extensive network of contacts built up over the past 30 years.
