Völuspá is a martini style drink paying homage to the history and resourcefulness of the people of Iceland. With such a barren landscape, growing crops is near impossible. However, by harnessing geothermal energy, Icelanders have been growing fruit and veg such as tomatoes in giant greenhouses for decades. It’s this same geothermal energy that is used to power the Reyka Vodka distillery.
