Mindfulness meditation teacher Louise Martin explained, ‘Most of us perceive problems very negatively. We think, “I can’t cope”, or “I’m no good”. Evolution has designed our brains to think this way to help keep us safe, but it results in stress and anxiety. Yet, by learning mindfulness meditation using positive neuroplasticity techniques, you can learn to feel calmer, experiencing everyday contentment, wellbeing and happiness’.
